Our partner Mr. Hugo Moran R., participated in the January 21st. “Global Trade Coalition Meeting”. Mr. Moran R. explained the reach of the Bill 178 intended to be adopted by The Panamanian Congress, which constitutes one of most sensitive trade barrier regulation intended to ban the use, importation and commercialization of electronic nicotine delivery system, e-cigarettes, vapes, heat-not-burn, and other similar devices, with or without nicotine.
