After conducting investigations for several months, on December 11, 2019, Moran IP coordinated with IP Prosecutor, simultaneous raid actions in 11 stores located in Panama city, La Chorrera District and Colon city, and seized 4,073 counterfeit UL electric extensions.
The successful raid actions were supported by dozens of IP Prosecutor officials and law enforcement agencies.
Operation “Safe Christmas” is part of the commitment of Moran IP with UL to bring safety to the consumers, especially in Christmas season, and maintain UL brand reputation.
